I started The Warren Group because I was tired of watching an industry I love be defined by its worst actors. Developers who cut corners. Builders who disappear after closing. Lenders who treat people like transactions. Brokers who care more about commission than their client’s future.
I knew there was a better way — and the only way to prove it was to build it myself. Not just a company, but an entire ecosystem. One where we control every phase, hold ourselves to one standard, and treat every person who walks through our door with the same level of respect and service — whether they’re buying their first home or deploying $50 million.
